The beaches were nice and the pools were clean. Good cocktails and the view from the private balcony was amazing. Close to the airport and easy access to the town.

The entire resort looks so outdated. Our room was dirty and the bathroom was gross.

Amazing Getaway

The hotel is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday break with beautiful surroundings. The beachfront location was perfect with amazing views and activities to enjoy. The staff was friendly and the service was on point, they offered a wide range of beverages and tasty food. The accommodation was clean and the amenities provided in the room were in great condition. they provided a free shuttle service which was a bonus, making our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance. The restaurants and surrounding areas were not kept tidy, especially the breakfast room which was dirty.

This hotel provides luxury amenities and exclusive facilities that enhance the stay. The spa centre offered us a relaxing experience with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool and garden area. The room advantages were impressive, featuring a Jacuzzi bath and outdoor shower, which added extra comfort and serenity. The friendly and attentive service was a plus, with excellent breakfast and delicious a la carte dinners at the fish-based restaurant. The beach access was fantastic, with crystal clear waters and a coral reef full of colourful fishes.

The entertainment was not varied enough, with limited Cuban music. The only minor issue that we experienced was a delay in the check-in process, but it was resolved promptly.
